This candy thermometer will help you to make the perfect batch of candy or jam every time, also known as a sugar or jam thermometer. It also meets the temperature range for deep-frying, and can be used for both functions. Simply clip over rim of pan or pot and lower the thermometer tip at least 5cm into the mixture. Keep rod away from sides and bottom of pan.
