Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth, expand market share, and manage key accounts within the hospitality supplies sector. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, an established client network, and a proven ability to close high-value B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within hotels; resorts; lodges; restaurants, catering companies, institutional clients and private households.
- Manage and grow key accounts through relationship building and consultative selling.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client needs assessments.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and long-term supply arrangements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
Requirements
- Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing; Hospitality Management, or related field, but not a necessity.
- Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within hospitality supplies, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong network within the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, institutions).
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
